How to cancel your membership

We're sorry to hear you want to cancel your membership. We certainly hope you enjoyed your time as a member of Best Golf & Country Club. Read below how to do this and what the terms and conditions are.
 
In accordance with the articles of association of our association, Best Golf & Country Club, and the Law on Automatic Renewal and Termination of Memberships, membership cancellation can only be made at the end of the association year (calendar year) with at least two months' notice. This means that membership cancellation must be submitted in writing before November 1st of any year and is only valid if you have received confirmation.

If cancellation is not made in time, membership will continue until the end of the following association year, unless it ends earlier pursuant to Articles 5 and 6 of our articles of association.
